Walt Disco (INDIES) Walt Disco
Burning Rubber Vinyl LP
Available exclusively in Indies stores and HMV, this limited edition of walt disco's self-titled album pulls you into their high-velocity world - offering a bespoke deluxe design and exclusive physical details.
'walt disco' turns years’ worth of graft to the band's artistic advantage; songs grapple with the disorientation of growing up (amidst gender dysphoria, changing relationships, a volatile industry) but eventually land in a place of gratitude and acceptance.
The kind of fearlessly ambitious, alt-rock opus that could come from no other group. Including the raw and electric single 'Coup de foudre' and new release 'Lies'.
Pressed on black and white marble effect 'Burning Rubber' vinyl and housed in an outer sleeve featuring the album’s striking artwork. This edition also includes a printed inner sleeve, custom A/B side vinyl labels, a double-sided 12” lyric insert and outer sticker. Eagle-eyed fans may recognise the cover image; a close up textural shot of a bespoke rubber bodice created out of old bike tyres by Glasgow-based designer Spyro, as worn by Jocelyn in the music video for ‘Coup de foudre’.
